Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your jewelry, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. The jewelry must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all packaging intact.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@elysianpath.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized/custom-made jewelry are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
